Our mission

We invest in healthcare and IT software companies, and we build them. How long we own one is decided by the work, not by a timetable.

We bring two backgrounds to the companies we own. One of us trained as a nurse and built a career in pharmaceuticals and medtech; the other built a career in finance before moving into M&A. One side knows how healthcare works; the other knows what a company is worth.

We are active owners. We question how a business has always been run, put technology to work where it has not been used before, and move faster than the market expects. We would rather challenge a market than hold a position in it.
